1.5L Needs Tappet Adjustment ....How to Do......!
hello!
as i am running on CNG....i think like all pakistan knows ....so earlier its timing was setted by me on 17 degrees advanced which is quiet more as i think...last sunday...i got it fixed somewhere b/w 12-14 degrees...car pick was like awsome after 2500RPMs as piston is going much upper making better compression resulting in powerful combustion...but after running 3-4 days..when i start car early in morning on petrol and then converts to CNG...one CYl is like dead and when raceup to around 4500rpms..it start working...its missing i think and disappear after 4500rpm hit.....i am 90% sure that one of the plug is Sooted i.e Carbon fouled...so what comes in my mind that exhaust valve is opening before the spark hits and that early in morning the mixture was depositing on plug...when heated it burn out...also mention that fuel milage was much decreased also...around 25-30km/cyl...what i am thinking is exhaust valve is opening earlier letting most of the mixture escape out.....one thing i also notice that when engine was idle..some thing like detonation or small blast i also feels..but muffler was giving water out of it... its not giving water droplet earlier but after reducing advanced all goes wrong but water droplets are coming......so bro's....what you think....all my uncles out there .....and Adeel bhai....Tappet adjust karna batao...so i can adjust it properly and open exhaust valve right after spark hits the cyl....
waiting for replies...
Thanxxxx

First replace that perticular plug. If replacement is not possible instantly then get it cleaned and check it for proper spark (re-adjust the gap)
I use to have same kindof feeling whenever i use to blow my headgaskit , hope ur case is not the same. openup the radiator cap and crank to see if its blowing waterout or not.
best of luck. also check ur distributor point and clean them
