17's in CIVIC 95

Hi,is 16 or 17's will effect the car suspension?and if yes,then to how much extend,Cng is also recently installed?(as the car is very carefully driven in isb and only 1 or 2 person sits in the car)

Still then it will effect the suspension?and wat if i dont raise the car or make changes in the suspension after installing 17's?
