1996 Land Rover Discovery Wobbeling Issues

I've a 1996 Land Rover Discovery, at times it starts wobelling after 100km/h. It's really strange, i can feel severe vibration in the steering and also in the whole body. I've got the tyres balanced, changed the rack and tire rod ends but even then it's there. Moreover it's not there all the time, this happenns on some roads and doesn't happen on others. Do any of you have an idea what could be the reason?
