(2001 to 2005) Civic Left Pull Problem???

(2001 to 2005) Civic Left Pull Problem???

Dear all
i need some information regarding Civic models from 2001 to 2005. i am interested to buy a 2004-2005 civic but somebody told me that there is a problem of left pull in the car due to the un-equal distribution of torque to left and right wheels of the car. this is basically due to the assembly problems and it is only in Pakistani assembled cars (2001-2005 models). although the problem might not be very severe but if you leave your hands off the steering wheel for a while, the car pushes itself to the left. i have driven one car of 2001 model myself and it had a minor pull to the left while driving. in my opinion, it is not fair to conclude by driving only one car so i tried to dig out this matter more deeply.

this article confirms about this problem and also tells that problem was resolved after 2005 models of civic cars. i asked about this problem to a few people having civic cars but usually people dont want to tell about any problem in their cars especially when it is a civic. so everybody says that its perfect and there is no such problems. the power steering of civic is so good that while having your hands on the steering you can never feel any left or right pull force coming from the tyres. no doubt civic is a great car but i am still confused whether this problem persists or not.
i am sorry if i hurted the feelings of some civic owners.
please guide me if someone knows about this..... thanks.

I had a 2002 Civic, it had a similar problem...or atleast that's what I was told when the alignment experts couldn't fix its left pull, and I went to atleast a few dozen of them.

It was slightly rectified by a jogar which involves turning your car's ''chokhatha'' (the frame on which the engine rests). It resulted in screwing my tires, and later my axle assembly.

And the pull, mind you, isn't slight. It gets really annoying when you can't even leave the steering wheel for a second.
