2006 belta 1300cc

I own a 1300cc Toyota Belta 2006 model. Please tell me how much transmission fluid is required to fill the transmission if completely drained, and is there anyway to tell if the fluid is low since it doesn't have a dipstick????? also what is the required period of changing the fluid?
