2014 Acura ILX, The cruise control light turns on, but it doesnt function. What could be the issue?

Hello,

A few months ago, I had the brake booster and starter replaced in my ILX. Since then, I’ve noticed that my cruise control no longer works. The light turns on, but nothing happens when I try to set it. Could this be related to the repairs that were done?

Hey, it sounds like the issue might be related to the brake booster installation since the brake cutoff switch is in that area. Maybe a wire connector was left unplugged o r the wrong booster was installed? Hard to say for sure, but it’s pretty likely connected.
