3sge beams fuel emission problem

My car is emitting unburnt fuel and consuming more fuel. I have the blacktop 3sge beams engine. What How can I solve this and suggest me a good experienced mechanics in Lahore. Thanks

yeah i know.. not only the Beams. but any toyota engine i think. right now i am fighting with my 1jzgte vvti engine with a MAF sensor. after so many days of effort came to know the sensor is bad. so got a new sensor imported from Ebay.
