5th Generation Civic (EG6) with 1200Cc Engine

Hope you all will be doing fine. Guys i have a query regarding the performance of Civic EG6, WITH 1200Cc engine, which comes in Japanese cars. What is the market of such cars here in pakistan and what should be the price of 93 model civic in excellent condition, lahore registered with 1200Cc engine. The car has alloy rims, besides that its all stock. Owner claims that the car is not showered (Though i believe it is showered). And he is asking 470k for it. Here are the pictures
