65 profile and 70 profile

is there any diiference in handling and car ride exp. b/w tire of 185/65R14 and 185/70R14.

i know dat the 70 profile has bit higher sidewall.

65 & 70 are the percentages of the tyre width, the higher the profile the more sidewall you'll have. 99.99% of the time the higher the sidewall the more flex there will be and that will lead to the car losing grip on extreme cornering, however the trade off is that with a higher sidewall you'll usually have a better (smoother) ride.
