A Basic but quality sound setup in 15K

I've been here awhile, but I found myself in the mechanical and electrical boards.

I have no prior idea of the current market trends or audio setups. My requirement is 4 speakers (2 front in dash and two small oval rear speakers, as in 3 cities) and a front USB advance with folder browsing option that can support four independent channels. Thats it.

My budget is 15k max so please advise me the best combination in this series.

you can get we conic wx - 350 amplifier( 3-3.5k) , with 2 kenwood HQ718 speakers(3-5k)

and Try to go for Chines Pre , as it comes with 6 month warranty and can support all types of memory cards , Cd's , USB's, with mobile connect option and has an option of video output as well(3-6k)
