A worthy lesson! for me atleast
From last two month's my car wasn't griping the road and moving right left, vibrating and unadjusting alignment. I went to lot of machanics, alignemnt places, changes many things like buses, bolts, rims. tyres, wheel balancing but nothing improved.

Yesterday discovered by a shocks machanic that rear shocks rod have curve because of which when suspension functions, the car's rear wheels move right left because of curve. It was rear shock obserber which created the whole tension for me and going to repalce both today. Got new ones for Rs. 4500 from Waseem Autos.

There was no other problem with any other thing with the car but I went on chaning genuine parts on recomendations of machanics but problem was not solving. How did it happened? A bustared alignment man by the name of Fine Wheel Alignement in G-8.

He adjusted the rear camers by applying press which destroyed the shocks rod and created curve in it. The shocks started moving left right because of the curve and car lost grip. it started destrying alignement every day which was very dangerous. I spent like 10,000 rupees on alignments and chekups and changed bush and now bought new rear shock.

A Lesson: You should have compete info about the work you are going to get done and dont follow machanics suggestions unless sounds logical. Do follow this.

My advice, take your car to the authorized workshop, toyota honda suzuki etc atleas if their diagnostic is worng you can hold them responsible and accountable. getting your oil changed at a coner shop is different but always get your suspension or engine work done at the authorised dealers workshop.

If you think they charge high atleast get their opinion they dont charge a dime for that, and get it repaired from else where.
