A/C Tips when Visiting Mechanics

I have a little experience of the mechanics and leechers who just do not feel sorry for the customers. They just want money as much as possible. I want a few things everyone encounters when visiting a mechanic inventory:

1. He would always ask for your A / C maintenance as it will cost your pocket around the 1500 - 2000 rupees.


2. He will always tell you that one of the part that does not work and you have to replace it.


3. Replacement of a part of the A / C (except ON / OFF button and Blower) means that the gas to charge you too. That will cost additional Rs 1500.


4. He will always say that the gas needs recharging.

A few general tips for beginners: -

1. Do your A / C service if you have not used for atleast one year.

2. Prior to his mechanic to check the box in your car in the evaporator / Cooling Unit account. the box is open on one side and the evaporator / Cooling Unit will be visible (dont try to open), check whether it has a thick layer of black dirt on the accumulation of silver pipes. if they have maintained otherwise than no need of the service, even if ur mechanic tells you to get it serviced.

3. when he says that part should be replaced, always visiting 2-3 stores to confirm and advice without telling them the problem to get.

4. If only gas is low in the system than dont pay him full charge if something has gas already in the system.

5. Open Bonet and find a cylinder type bottle connected to A / C pipes. It has a round glass on top. Start your car and A / C and look through the glass. If no movement of liquids (which is gas) Then your gas has leaked. If it bubles in yor gas is low. if there is steady flow of liquefied gas is then your ok. check for other problems.

6. Keep your car radiator fan on it directly. it doesn't affect the A / C. When the A / C, the fan is always automatically start and stay on until the AC is on. If the fan does not start, while the A / C, then your car excessively hot. Repaired by an electrician not a good A / C technician.

7. If you have problems or excessive vibration of the engine RPMs drop to idle when the A / C, the RPM but dont get checked the next vacuum carburetor which is responsible for increasing rpm turning on the A / C. replace if otherwise by increasing idle speed manual car will heat up if you're not moving.

8. Some old cars dont have them installed in the thermostat. It is used to turn off the A / C automatically to the desired temperature is reached, resulting in less engine load and fuel consumption. Get a thermostat installed if you dont have one already. All new cars already have.

9. If your A / C travel (on and off) after a very short period of time than the setting of the thermostat. It is located under your dash. A small square / rectangular steel box with two wires attached to it and a knob on the side. Set your A / C then slowly turn the knob in one direction. If the A / C switch then the other direction and use the A / c for some time and adapt them according to your wishes.

10. Always known for a mechanic, Caz 80% of them will refile a low quality gas in your A / C as it is cheap, but you will have the full cost. Eventually your A / C cooling is almost half and negligible in the day.

MOST of all "always keep your A / C REPAIRED day, preferably between 2.12 PM AS ITS TIME THAT hot. If you do it than during the evening or night when your A / C inspection after repair, it will be ok, but the next day you feel low during the cool days time and will goto the mechanic again.

These are some general tips to prevent loss of your pocket, not your A / C. I hope it helps someone.
