Actuator problem in CULTUS

Hi,
Actuator that is used for enhancing Engine speed whenever AC is switch ON, is problematic now a days. any one know ??
now when AC is switched ON, no increase in Speed..
any remedy ??

visit AC wala
he will change it with some kaabli one.. cost would be arond 350 rs .. i guess ..

but do check that from some mehanic may be some other issue.
