Add on abs and disc brake

Hi.
is there any way you buy a city 1.5 steermatic and get ABS and 4 wheel disc brakes installed later on, either from honda or from somewhere else? 1.5l city looks good for acceleration but i wouldn't want it to skid after i press the brakes!
