Kindly tell me how can I adjust air fuel mixture on a Toyota 1G-FE engine with distributor?

The Air / Fuel Ratio On 1G-FE cannot be adjusted what do you want to do with it?

Unofficially yes it can be controlled but need some special devices to do so. btw what is your purpose o rich it up o r lean it o r tune it on such range
