Adjustment of Headlights

I made a mistake and asked a mechanic to adjust my headlights and now they point to right

I need some technical information on how to adjust and there and how far should they point.

adjusters are given behind the headlight. if u cant do it take it back to the mechanic but @maghrib time. adjust beam in daylight is a silly thing to do
