APV DVD audio sound problem

when using the DVD player sound is not coming from the rear speakers .. but sound is coming from the headphones...
using the remote for the setting of the DVD audio... there is a red block sign on the screen...
plz tell me whats the problem...

if its OEM suzuki dealer would be the best option otherwise take it to the car stero wala
