Aqua not starting after engine bay cleaned with damp cloth

Hi friends
I have a 2103 model S Push Toyota Aqua. I have got my car detailed recently. After detailing my car I am facing an issue with the engine of the car. The detailing guys used the damp cloth while cleaning the car. After that the engine of the car is not working properly. The display appears on the speedometer and navigation when I press the Push button but the car not comes in the Ready state. I am unable to find out the exact issue. Kindly help me and guide me what is the actual issue in my car?
