Automatic transmissions and CNG

It is beleived that some automatic(petrol) vehicles cannot be converted to CNG.
If so ,which ones(currently available in Pakistan) cannot be converted and why?

not agree, i've got cng converted 2002 civic prosmatec. never had any problem in pickup if gas is properly adjust.

one 55 cylinder travels for 120 km in city with a/c.

many ppl's told me that converting to cng ruins my car but no problem at all.
