Aux Port and Bluetooth Not Working on 2010 3rd Gen Prius

I am driving a 2010 3rd gen Prius and I want to know how to maintain the entertainment system translate it to English o r get the Aux o r Bluetooth to work. Is there anybody to tell me how they work correctly?
My car has the model of Pioneer Carrozerria avic-hrz900.

It is kinda very hard to translate it into English you can try to watch a video on youtube but it is highly unlikely I would suggest you to buy a new panel instead.
