all i know is that this is smthg related to a worn out engine..can anyone tell me wat exactly it is?

Its back pressure not compression and it is exhaust related.
Its Blow-by and excessive amounts at that which usually indicate worn or loose compression rings. During the power stroke, the expanding gases "leak" downwards by the piston and accumalate in the sump and brought back up by the PCV valve or positive crankcase ventilation valve.
