Baleno GTI missing on Petrol

Baleno GTI missing on Petrol

Dear Members


I own a baleno 1.6 GTI from past 6 years. I drove it on petrol for its first 40000 kms then i converted it to CNG. Now it is 80000km driven and the problem i am facing is:


1. Missing on petrol not on Cng


2. Poor pick on petrol but perfect on cng


So the thing is my car is perfect on cng but giving these trouble on petrol.


I have tuned my car changed plugs but the problem still persists.


The mechanic said to clean injectors. But i wanted to ask you people if he is right.


Please give me a solution for my ride.

yes i think that mechanic is right, it might be the problem of injectors or the fuel pump...have you got ur fuel pump checked???perhaps the fuel pump is chock or malfunctioning...and yes one more thing Air intake is blocked from 50 to 60% when car is tuned for CNG, just have a look might the air intake is blocked more than that...or u just remove the tape that is used to block the air intake and then drive the car...see if the problem is there or solved

Fuel injectors get clogged easily because of fuel residues and scaling. 8% to 10% clogged injector can cause the engine to lean or misfire. Ultrasonic injector cleaning solves this problem.
