what should be estimated overhaul cost for baleno 03 jxr

i got my baleno overhauled for rs 40000
specs:
new engine block(total half assembly)= 18000 sold old one for 3100
labor= 5000
head repair= 3000
spares= around 10000 all geniune..(gasket, timing belt, mountings, valve seals, etc, and tit bits...)
didnt change the valves.. old ones were gud caz car was used moistly on petrol.
and yeah new original plug wirs for 3000rs...

mine was 1.3 glip 2000 with 189k on clock.
