I had replaced spark plugs with NGK BKR6E-11. The fuel economy has gone down dramatically after this change. The plugs I was using earlier were NGK BKR6E-11 and then the mileage has now gone down. Now I am thinking to change them again. Could you help me out whether I should go

1. RPM down when applying brakes is due to engine vaccum and is not a problem.

2. The plugs you are using have 1.1mm air gap. The more the gap, the higher will be the acceleration but reduced fuel economy. Try using NGK BKR6E or Denso K20PR-U. Both have 0.8mm air gap and also are recommended spark plugs for Baleno.
