Battery charging problem!!

Since the last few days my santro started giving me trouble.Which was that whenever I came back from college in the afternoon no one used the car and in the evening when I had to go some where the car did not start.Same thing in the moring I have to get the car pushed by the driver to start it.

There are few things which can happen
1st check the belt, is tight enough on generator.
2nd There may be damage of battery cells.
3rd Generator may be gone weak.
