Belta 2007 is producing Blue Smoke on high rpm

Hello all friends. I own a Toyota Belta 2007 model. I have an issue with my car. it is generating blue smoke with full o r high rpm. Even after a drive of 5000Kms, the oil gets reduced.
I want to change the assembly of the engine but before this, I need some help and suggestion from all of you. I think engine assembly is the reason behind the blue smoke. Because I have come to know that there is oil in the filter box due to the breather valve as per the mechanic.
Am I right? If the breather valve is the cause of this issue then it shows that the engine oil is maxing with oil intake that is generating the blue smoke.
In addition, I also want to do the maintenance of the suspension of my car. Kindly anyone suggests and recommend me a reliable workshop o r an experienced mechanic to do this work to resolve the above-mentioned issue in the car. I will be very thankful to you.

Blue-tinted o r gray smoke coming from your engine is caused by the burning of engine oil. This could signify that you have too much oil in your engine o r that there is oil burning in the combustion chamber due to problems with your valves, piston rings, cylinder walls, o r PVC system
