Belta 4wd is it wise to buy

Hi friend
I want a recommendation from all of you on this platform. I have recently seen a Toyota Belta 4WD, the rocker 1.3 variant. Should I buy this car o r not? The speculations about the car are that the it costs a lot in terms of maintenance and so on. Kindly guide me in this regard.

Fuel Consumption, Moving Parts, More Maintenance, and Problems in Resale are some of the cons of these models. If this does not bother you can buy it
