Belta assembly

I have a 1.3 Toyota Belta. My car has issues and emits smoke and consumption. However, the pick of the car is awesome. Please guide me should I change the assembly o r not. What is the price of assembly? Thanks.

You dont have to change the assembly problem could be in something else.
