Best headlight bulbs for civic? please help.

I have honda civic 1998 and year ago i changed the head light bulbs and installed those chinese blue color�d bulbs.

They are so weak now that i can hardly view anything ahead. Can someone suggest which bulbs should i buy?

How much original costs and whats the best quality? Whats the best one in non-original stuff? So i can view the road ahead clearly.

Rally Bulb not easy to find.
Get Narva Bulbs..(they are best in aftermarket and give a pure white shade with double the visibility)
Which city are you in?
