Best sedan for a 3 million budget

Hey everyone, Im about to buy my first car with a fixed budget of 3 million. Im not very knowledgeable about cars, but I casually look at reviews and stuff.

My main priorities are a sedan with decent engine power for highway travel, excellent AC, comfortable back seat leg space for three people, good fuel efficiency 12+ average, automatic transmission, and a reliable car that can stay trouble-free until the next maintenance after standing on the road once.

Planning to keep the car for the next 5 years. Initially, I had my eyes on the Honda Grace, but it seems to be out of my budget now. Anyway, any suggestions would be helpful!
