Best sound setup for 10k??

people I've just bought my first car a 1986 farce (93 revised quota) metallic silver, good condition, AC / CNG .. I'll post the photos in the evening ... yet I have around 10 to 12 k for a sound system .... what would be the best combo? I'm only looking for a pre-and the speakers of the rest I can add to the time .... so plz reply and all your thoughts ....
