You are asking as if we are driving your car. Check the user manuals and mileage. Also observe any vibrations, squeks and rattles from the the wheels. A high resonating (grinding) noise can be the end of bearings, thats the time you should replace them and apply grease.
You don't need to change break oil frequently 'coz whenever you go for brake adjustments (if you ever did), its refilled from time to time and sometimes replaced after bleeding to exhale trapped air.
