Brake oil level comming down very quickly...help!!

hi guyz
i hav faced this serious problem since last 2 months..i got this hand brake light ON continuously...i got the brake oil filled and it was ok then...after one month it again did same...i had to again fill the oil and this time i filled to the maximum level..now after abt 25 days i saw that the oil level is very much below the maximum level..it was in the middle f maximum and minimum lvel..i got it filled again..and now after 4 days i saw that its again gone below the maximum level...wots happening all dis??? car is alto 2002 vxr...94k km done...is der any leakeage??? i m very much concered wid safety becoz of this ...my brakes do giv a sound little bit i press brakes at little high speeds..sound is like CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE...as if i hav pressed the brake very much suddenly at very high speed...plz help me experts..shud i take it to the suzuki dealers for complete check up???
