Brake Problem

When press paddle slightly car dosnt stop but when press little hardly then the car skits and skits and skits very long and very lightly, what is this now

Pads kab change kiye? they will take about 200kms to sit in place. and ur brake are not alligned properly this is for sure.... they need to be adjusted but do it after 200kms. Drive very carefully and when running on some long road, while driving, slighly keep pressing the brake paddle thora sa so that pads get rubbed and sit soon
