BRV is still good to buy?

Hi there,
I am currently in the market for a new car and have a budget of under 5 million. After doing some research, Im interested in the BR-V. My plan is to use this car for a few years before upgrading to something better.
However, I have heard that the BR-V doesnt have a good resale value and may be difficult to sell. Additionally, the current generation is already five years old, which could result in a further decline in its value if a new shape is launched. Despite these concerns, the BR-V meets most of my requirements. The only other options in this price range are the City, Yaris, and Alsvin.
Im wondering if there are any other cars that I should consider within my budget. Do you have any opinions o r suggestions that could help me make a decision?

Don’t buy BR-V if you don’t need 7 seats. You have to wait a bit more till the launch of HR-V. It will fulfill your needs. So, wait a little more, once you check the HR-V, then you will take a decision. BR-V is not a comfortable MPV according to my suggestion.
