CALLING ALL CNG EXPERTS.....gas cylinder problem

hi guys,

i am having problem with my 55kg ekc cylinder.,,,plz help me out....

actually the cylinder should fill upto 10 kg of gas,,, but mine is only filling upto 7-7.5 kg ( only once it suprisingly filled upto 9.2 kg ,,, i dun know how dat happened ).

i hv tried this by refilling the gas when the cylinder becomes totally empty,,, that is i refill after when the car starts to stop by giving jerks and the pressure meter also showing 0 pressure.

where cud be the problem guys,, the cylinder is also just about 4 months old

Unfortunately the infrastructure of CNG in pakistan has not been standardised. MOst of the meters used in most of the cng pumps never show the exact readings owing to the DO NUMBERI.

My CNG cylinder has a capacity of 8 KGs but often they fill the gas upto 9 Kgs. At times it does not go above 7 Kg. so...u cant really conclude anything.
