Calling out to all RX7 owners/experts!

hey bro's out there owning rx7's or having knowledge abt the car i have a question regarding the car!
i recently changed the ATF/power steering fluid of my car,the car's manual recommended that i use DEXRON II but i used DEXRON IID just because brand mobil ka tha! will it make any difference if i use dexron II or IID?
later i found out that dexron IID is high performance fluid for auto trannys in older vehicles!
and 1 thing more that was written abt dextron IID was that it provides an xcellent driving experience even in broad range of driving conditions in a wide variety of PRE-1994 AUTOMOBILES
btw i own a 1994 rx7!

my question is will it affect my car in anyway as in damage? since i havent used the recommended ATF! or it will make no difference at all?

An ATF is recommended for the rx7's power steering.

"Dexron" was only the General Motors standard name for ATF.

As you've mentioned you've put in Dexron IID, which is high performance fluid for auto trannys, it IS an ATF thus you don't need to worry.

Next time search for Dexron III, it has superceded the II. PS fluids should ideally be changed at 30,000kms.
