Yes, driving with worn-out brake pads can cause damage to other components of your Suzuki Alto Lapins braking system:

Brake Rotors: Worn brake pads can lead to increased friction and wear on the brake rotors discs. If the pads are too thin, the metal components of the brake system can come into direct contact with the rotor, causing deep grooves o r scoring, which can lead to costly rotor replacement.
Brake Calipers: Continued use of worn pads can also put additional stress on the brake calipers. When the pads wear down too much, the calipers may overheat o r become misaligned, which could lead to the need for caliper repairs o r replacements.
Brake Fluid Contamination: If the brake pads wear down excessively, there is a risk of brake dust contaminating the brake fluid. This can affect the overall performance of the brake system and may lead to the need for a complete brake fluid flush.
Its important to replace worn brake pads promptly to avoid further damage to these components and ensure your safety.
