Car Color change

Hello everyone!

Im curious to know whether its legal to change the exterior color of a car, specifically for registered vehicles under Punjab Excise. Im referring to paint changes, not vehicle wraps. If it is indeed legal, could someone please guide me through the process involved? Thank you!

I dont think its legal o r a good idea because the registration book has all the details about the cars make, color, and model, including the chassis number.
If you change the color, youll have to update it in the registration book, otherwise it might be considered kind of illegal, you know?
