Car compound spray color

Hello all

i have heard from someone that the car minor lines and scratches can be removed by compound which will be done by the car sprayer, he will not use any paint rather he will use special type of chemical (compound) for this purpose, it will cost Rs. 500-600 and will take upto 3 hours, the job will be done in a sunny day. have you heard something like that?

after getting your car compund (or whatever he reffers to) the minor scratches will be disappeared. and the car will shine. please guide me in this regard.

well I got mine done by a service station
the polish used was the compound polish
the minor scratches become very minimal plus the dust and the other dirt which cannot be removed by the wax polish are also removed so in the end the results are pretty good
dont know about any painter but I got mine done by a srevice station after the complete service
