Car Demanding Least Maintenance???

I am planning to buy my parents a car a number of demanding minimum maintenance. Done some homework EXI Prosmatec (Used 2005) the best option.

When I told them - guess what.
"An Expensive Ride not only capital but also the maintenance issues.

I've been asked to go for
1) Cult (New) - Worth 800k PKR - Extreme Stupidity
2) Town (Used 2005 - Manual)

Now compare with City Civic ... I know it's horrible to compare, but a city with poor weight ratio, control, grip, and above all quite ugly, etc. But someone told me that it is cheaper to run (low maintenance). Can anyone help me compare only the maintenance of the two cases the cars.

Nothing else in the case of cult.
You can not compare, but both do let me know about maintenance issues.

you see, are nothing less than a Tabo Civic're that too expensive. If you are involved in a traffic accident, you would in a great effort to establish compared with crappy cult or ugly city.

eik taraf ap baat kartaye ho accident ki or dosri taraf ap baat kartaye ho reilbility ki..
Bhai agar ap repairing ki baat kartay ho tou no doubt cultus ya city will be cheaper but think on the other side of picture..
cultus ki quality or civic ki quality mai zameen asman ka farak hai...new cultus kaye pass say khota-rehri guzar jaye tou us ki body par lines parh jati hein tou in case of accident ap kudh soch lou.
lets suppose a cultus and civic r involed in exactly similer type of accident with exactly same parameters.who will have more demage then the other??cultus offcourse,and it will cost u almost the same to repair as any civic.so repairing factor will be same for both cars.But safety wise civic is way ahead from city or cultus.
cultus or city will be only better in fuel economy comapred to civic.NOTHING ELSE.
