Car going reverse in first gear

Hi again, I am having a problem with my '92 Khyber. I am not sure the problem is me or the car, but here it is..

Whenever I come on a slope the car starts to roll back. It happens on turnings and cng stations where little slope is present. I had a bad experience tonight when the car almost bumped back when I stopped it on a ramp near hasan square.

I apply the brakes but when i release it the car rolls back. I am confused what to do? I have tried by pressing the accelerator and car jerks foward but i think it cause strain on the engine.

Please recommend a solution

sir, plz join driving classes before u end up breaking the bumper/grille of the car behind urs, or make good use of hand brake, after all whats that for!
