CAR missings

Hi,

my cars starts missings like new driver is driving . it gives jerks on 2nd and 3rd gears, not all time but sometimes. what can be the issue ? tuning required ??

P.S. car is mehran

Yup just tuning issue and nothing else. Most probably it will be giving black smoke too. rite?
