Car skids alot when break applied

Car skids alot when break applied

Hi guys, when I apply breaks my car slips even at speed of 60.
It is cultus vxr with stock general tyre with mileage 23000.

Is it tyres?
If yes then which tyres has best road grip, so that I buy new ones.

If not. Then what should I do to resolve this.

change the tires
if the problem still occurs then check if the alignment or the wheel balancing is ok
