Cars and km setback's..!?

lm everyone interested.....
here's my question: is it normal to fix meters in pakistan? i mean i see alot of decent car ads on this webpage, and considering some of the cars ages (especially the imported ones) one would think the owners had their cars as showpieces in their garages the last 5-6 years, even though these cars were imported like 2 years ago. The other interesting thing abt this thing is that pakistanis love to drive their cars aswell............ something fishy here, no?????

many do that for4 the sake of better resale. real car knowers give a damn to the mileage. as long as the condition is good, they purchase at good rates. however, personal buyers who purchase once a decade like myself tend to get 'low mileaged' vehicles resulting in owners being encouraged into such malpractice.

the setback they do not realize is that God makes them pay for cheating. i have experience of a close relative. interested may ask!
