Changing Engine Oil

After how much kilometers should I change the engine oil? I have mehran 2007 with Zic A+. The mechanic who changed oil told me to cgange it after 5000km. But another mechanic said to change it after 4000km.

Usually after 5000 km... if you are doing mostly highway driving.. change after 5000 km... mostly city.. 4000 km... if you are using synthetic oil.. change after about 9000-10000 km.
