Check Engine-- Cultus VXRi

I'm having problem with my Cultus VXRi (Driven 3800km) since last night the car's "Check Engine" light has gone on and when the car switches to CNG from petrol the CNG meter light keeps on blinking and doesn't become continuous as it used to be. Any help please?

P.S The Check Engine light doesn't go on every time I start the engine it only happens sometimes. I've checked the oil level in the engine its perfectly ok

YKCivic just want to know if its safe to drive the car with this problem as I'm about 150km away from the nearest SUZUKI workshop and did the folks at suzuki tell u that what caused the problem in the first place??
