CIVIC-1999 VIBERATION

I have Civic 1999 EXI from few days I feel viberation from Dash Board & Steering..my car followings are working well.

1- Wheel Aligment staight-when I hands OFF.
2. CV Joints just replaced with new
3. Battrey 10-month old.
4. Plugs 5-months old. NGK normal
5. RPM & Speed needle are not show much diff.
6. Engine / Gear foundations got inspected..found OK.

Plz. give advise ..how to fix the prob..
