Civic 2001 Engine stop On CNG

Hi, Experts

I have a problem with my Civic 2001 Vti Oriel.. I was working fine but from 3 days.. when I took off my feet from the Accelerator on CNG the Engine stops.. and again I have to start the Engine...

But this will not happen on Petrol.

Any Suggestion ? Today I will replace the Air filter when i get back from office..
