CIVIC 2002 Prosmatic VTI discussion

Assalamu Alaikum,

I have Honda Civic 2002 Prosmatic and having problem with IACV Circuit. I visited workshop some days back for OBDii scanning and found that '14-3 IACV Circuit Failure' message due to which My car Idle RPM is not remaining constant & it is decreases with the car temprature increases.

I have searched the IACV on the internet and have lots of material but I just want to know some details like, how much I have to spent to remove the issue and what exatly is needed?

I will really appreciate your comments and suggestions on the issue.
